iPhone 14 Launch - Personalised Video

The new iPhone is Vodafone’s biggest product launch of the year.

This dynamic, personalised video – providing existing Vodfone customers with iPhone 14’s headline spec, as well as the perfectly packed plan that suits their usage - was awarded Gold for Data Storytelling at the DMA Awards 2023.

Scenes had to flow seamlessly against a flowchart of over 60 potential user journeys with multiple variables including 500 customer names – resulting in over 1.2 data-driven personalised video iterations.

Crucially, the video increased conversion rates by 205% against the control group who didn’t watch it, and resulted in an average increase in monthly spend of +41p per customer.
